ジェノベーゼのフェットチーネ、アスパラ、ホタテ ・ Pesto fettuccine, asparagus, scallops


Pesto from home-grown basil, first real harvest this year. The scallops were sinfully tasty, worth every yen I paid for them, much sweeter (literally) than the thawed ones I typically get at the grocery store.

今年初、ベランダど育てたバジルでジェノベーゼ。ホタテはめちゃくちゃ美味しく焼けた。やっぱり市場でフレッシュのはスーパーのより絶対美味しくて、甘い。
