出張先でピッザストーンを持ってきて、昨日生地をこねて、試しにピッザを焼いた。まあ、失敗や。多分ストーンなしより上手く焼けただろうけど、それにしても、生地は黄色になるまでの時間は15分で、トッピングは明らかに煮過ぎ。その上に、生地の下は白。やっぱりこの弱っちオーブンで上手く焼けない。250度まで暖まると書いてるけど、実際は220度程度だろ。
Brought a pizza stone back from my trip, and tested it out last night. The result was probably better than I would have gotten without the stone, but it was still basically a failure. It took fifteen minutes for the dough to turn colour, which is way too long for the toppings, they turned into a stew. I guess even with a pizza stone, this oven is too weak to make a decent pizza. Rated at 250 degrees, it probably gets up to only 220 in reality.
